Penguatan Pemahaman Reinforcement dan Punishment untuk Meningkatkan Work Engagement di PT RPC Indonesia

Work engagement berperan penting dalam mendukung kinerja organisasi dan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan sistem reinforcement dan punishment yang jelas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman stakeholder PT. RPC Indonesia mengenai penerapan reinforcement dan punishment sebagai dasar pengelolaan perilaku kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian modul dan pengukuran menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 8,67 pada pretest menjadi 9,56 pada posttest. Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (Z = -2,333; p = 0,020). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman stakeholder sebagai upaya mendukung peningkatan work engagement secara berkelanjutan.
