Program Fisioterapi Berbasis Workplace Exercise untuk Pencegahan Upper Trapezius Tightness pada Pekerja Kantor Distrik Navigasi

Abstract

Upper trapezius tightness merupakan keluhan muskuloskeletal yang umum ditemukan pada pekerja kantor, teknisi bengkel, dan kru kapal di lingkungan Distrik Navigasi, dipicu oleh postur statis berkepanjangan dan faktor ergonomi yang tidak optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kesehatan kerja dan program workplace exercise therapy sebagai upaya pencegahan primer. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi berbasis service learning melalui penyuluhan dan demonstrasi praktik kepada 12 responden. Program latihan terdiri atas tiga gerakan berbasis bukti: Neck Side Stretch, Upper Trapezius Stretch, dan Shoulder Blade Squeeze. Efektivitas program diukur menggunakan instrumen Neck Disability Index (NDI) dengan desain pre-posttest. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan 67% responden berada pada kategori disabilitas ringan dengan rerata skor 4,58 poin. Setelah satu sesi intervensi, 8 responden (67%) mengalami penurunan ke kategori tidak ada disabilitas dan 4 responden (33%) tetap pada kategori disabilitas ringan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi ergonomi dan workplace exercise efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat disabilitas leher pada pekerja Distrik Navigasi.
