Abstract

Gangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dan Hiperaktivitas (GPPH) merupakan kondisi perkembangan saraf yang sering terjadi pada anak usia dini, namun sering tidak terdeteksi akibat kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua dan melakukan skrining dini GPPH pada anak usia 36–72 bulan menggunakan Abbreviated Conners Rating Scale (ACRS). Kegiatan meliputi edukasi kesehatan bagi orang tua dan guru, simulasi pengisian ACRS, serta skrining langsung terhadap 14 anak di TK Roudlatul Jannah. Evaluasi pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan serta skor ACRS. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan orang tua, di mana 13 dari 14 orang tua mencapai kategori “baik” setelah edukasi. Skrining menemukan 3 anak dengan skor ≥13 yang mengindikasikan risiko GPPH, sedangkan 11 anak berada dalam kategori normal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua, mengidentifikasi anak yang perlu evaluasi lanjut, serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan fasilitator kesehatan. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya deteksi dini dan edukasi berbasis komunitas untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang optimal anak.
