Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Pada Pekerja Sektor Informal Pengolahan Makanan Dengan Keluhan Muskuloskeletal Pada Tulang Belakang

Pekerja sektor informal pengolahan makanan berisiko mengalami musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) akibat aktivitas kerja berulang dan posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) melalui edukasi ergonomi dan latihan peregangan pada pekerja yang mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal pada tulang belakang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Februari 2026 di usaha kuliner nasi goreng di Desa Saptorenggo, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang dengan melibatkan 10 pekerja. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi masalah, screening keluhan muskuloskeletal menggunakan Nordic Body Map (NBM), pengukuran pengetahuan K3 melalui pre-test dan post-test, pemberian edukasi ergonomi menggunakan leaflet, serta demonstrasi latihan peregangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pekerja mengenai K3 dengan sebagian besar skor post-test mencapai 100%, serta penurunan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada tulang belakang setelah dilakukan latihan peregangan. Dengan demikian, edukasi ergonomi dan latihan peregangan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan K3 dan menurunkan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja sektor informal.
