Program Edukasi Hadir Seutuhnya : Mengatasi Distorsi Kognitif dan Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) Remaja Melalui Integrasi Mindfulness dan Tafakur

Fenomena Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan distorsi kognitif semakin meningkat di kalangan remaja akibat intensifnya penggunaan media sosial sehingga berdampak negatif terhadap konsentrasi belajar, regulasi emosi, dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengimplementasikan Program Edukasi "Hadir Seutuhnya" pada 28 remaja SMA yang terdiri atas 10 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan . Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai FOMO dan distorsi kognitif serta mengevaluasi peran mindfulness dan tafakur sebagai strategi pengelolaannya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui identifikasi kondisi awal, penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, praktik refleksi diri, dan evaluasi kelompok. Mindfulness diterapkan untuk melatih kesadaran penuh pada momen kini secara nonjudgmental, sedangkan tafakur berperan sebagai sarana restrukturisasi kognitif berbasis spiritualitas Islam.
