Edukasi Ergonomi dan Program Peregangan untuk Pencegahan Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) pada Pekerja Family Konveksi Malang

Aktivitas kerja di industri konveksi melibatkan postur statis yang panjang dan gerakan repetitif yang berpotensi memicu Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs). Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran para pekerja Family Konveksi Malang dalam mengidentifikasi hazard ergonomi serta menerapkan upaya pencegahan keluhan fisik. Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan meliputi alur intervensi pre-test menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM), sosialisasi postur kerja ergonomis, pelatihan peregangan leher dan punggung menggunakan panduan poster K3, serta diakhiri dengan post-test. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman pekerja yang signifikan setelah intervensi diberikan. Para pekerja mampu mengenali area rentan cedera terutama leher dan punggung serta memahami cara melakukan gerakan peregangan secara mandiri. Kesimpulannya, alur intervensi penyuluhan dan pelatihan satu kali sesi ini efektif menumbuhkan kesadaran preventif pekerja demi meminimalkan risiko WMSDs di lingkungan industri konveksi
