Still Here, Mindfully: Kegiatan Psikoedukasi Nonsuicidal Self-Injury Disorder (NSSI) Melalui Media Sosial

Nonsuicidal Self-Injury Disorder (NSSI) didefinisikan secara medis sebagai perilaku menyakiti diri sendiri tanpa maksud bunuh diri. Minimnya pemahaman publik membuat individu dengan kerentanan ini sering dikesampingkan. Program "still here, mindfully" hadir sebagai psikoedukasi berbasis Instagram dan YouTube yang mengintegrasikan prinsip Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), seperti keterampilan TIPP, DEAR MAN, dan journaling. Evaluasi program menggunakan pendekatan formatif dan sumatif dengan desain pre-test dan post-test melalui convenience sampling terhadap 5 partisipan usia 18–21 tahun. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan; rata-rata skor benar meningkat dari 5 menjadi 8 soal setelah intervensi, dengan 80% partisipan menjawab seluruh soal dengan benar. Selain dampak kognitif, program yang menjangkau 20.950 tayangan dan 534 interaksi ini berhasil mendorong perubahan sikap audiens dari rasa kasihan menjadi empati serta meningkatkan motivasi dukungan sosial. Kesimpulannya, media sosial terbukti menjadi sarana inklusif yang efektif untuk membangun kesadaran, mengedukasi keterampilan klinis praktis, dan mengurangi persepsi negatif terhadap individu dengan NSSI.
