Abstract

Gangguan menstruasi merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi yang sering dialami oleh wanita usia subur (WUS). Namun, masih banyak WUS yang memiliki pengetahuan terbatas mengenai jenis, penyebab, tanda dan gejala, serta penanganan gangguan menstruasi sehingga diperlukan upaya edukasi melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang gangguan menstruasi melalui penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan kesehatan dengan pendekatan ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab yang dilaksanakan pada ibu-ibu Persit yang termasuk dalam kelompok WUS berusia 15–49 tahun di wilayah Kecamatan Juata Kerikil. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pretest dan posttest dengan jumlah peserta 35 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Edukasi berkelanjutan diperlukan sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi serta mendukung deteksi dini gangguan menstruasi.
