E-Lantik (Edukasi Lansia Anti TBC) Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Sikap pada Lansia di Puskesmas Gunungpati

Tuberkulosis (TBC) merupakan penyakit menular yang masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan Lansia (Lanjut Usia). Rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat lansia mengenai gejala, cara penularan, pencegahan, dan pentingnya pengobatan secara rutin dapat meningkatkan risiko penularan TBC. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan masyarakat mengenai pencegahan dan pengendalian TBC melalui kegiatan edukasi kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gunungpati, Kota Semarang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan secara langsung kepada masyarakat yang mengikuti kegiatan posyandu dan posbindu di Kelurahan Nongkosawit, Cepoko, dan Mangunsari. Edukasi diberikan menggunakan media poster dan pemaparan materi, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan persentase pengetahuan sebesar 25%, sikap 61,7%, dan tindakan 47%. Setelah diberikan edukasi, hasil post-test meningkat menjadi 95% pada aspek pengetahuan, 89,1% pada aspek sikap, dan 87,4% pada aspek tindakan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat setelah diberikan penyuluhan mengenai TBC. Edukasi kesehatan melalui penyuluhan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan masyarakat dalam mencegah penularan serta mendukung pengendalian tuberkulosis.
