Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Menggunakan Ultrasound dan Tens pada Kasus Frozen Shosulder Et Causa Osteoarthritis Shoulder Grade II: Studi Kasus

Frozen shoulder merupakan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada bahu yang ditandai dengan nyeri, kekakuan sendi, dan keterbatasan lingkup gerak yang dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Kondisi ini dapat disertai osteoarthritis bahu yang memperberat nyeri dan menurunkan fungsi sendi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan nyeri setelah pemberian Ultrasound Therapy (US) dan Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) pada pasien frozen shoulder et causa osteoarthritis shoulder grade II. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada satu pasien perempuan berusia 51 tahun yang mengikuti pelayanan fisioterapi. Program diberikan dalam 11 sesi terapi yang dirangkum dalam lima waktu evaluasi (T1–T5), menggunakan US dan TENS. Nyeri dievaluasi dengan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) meliputi nyeri gerak, nyeri tekan, dan nyeri diam. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan nyeri gerak dari 9/10 menjadi 2/10, nyeri tekan dari 10/10 menjadi 3/10, dan nyeri diam dari 5/10 menjadi 1/10. Penurunan terjadi secara bertahap selama periode terapi. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya perbaikan gejala nyeri setelah program fisioterapi dan mendukung penggunaan US dan TENS sebagai bagian dari penatalaksanaan konservatif pada kasus ini. Namun, hasil studi kasus tidak dapat digeneralisasikan dan memerlukan penelitian dengan sampel lebih besar.
