Abstract

Pemeriksaan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat diperlukan untuk menemukan hasil skrining yang memerlukan perhatian sebelum keluhan berkembang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menggambarkan hasil pemeriksaan tekanan darah, gula darah sewaktu, kolesterol total, dan asam urat; menilai ketercapaian jawaban benar segera sebelum dan sesudah edukasi individual; serta mendokumentasikan tindak lanjut yang diberikan kepada peserta. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Dusun IV, Desa Tanoyan Utara, Kecamatan Lolayan, pada 29 Juli 2026 dengan 30 warga dewasa dan lanjut usia yang hadir secara sukarela. Rangkaian kegiatan meliputi registrasi, pengukuran tekanan darah, pemeriksaan darah kapiler, penyampaian hasil, tiga pertanyaan singkat sebelum dan segera setelah edukasi, serta rekomendasi tindak lanjut. Hasil menunjukkan 15 peserta memiliki tekanan darah kurang dari 130/80 mmHg, 6 peserta berada pada pita 130–139 mmHg sistolik dan/atau 80–89 mmHg diastolik, dan 9 peserta mencapai sedikitnya 140 mmHg sistolik dan/atau 90 mmHg diastolik. Nilai yang mencapai ambang tindak lanjut operasional ditemukan pada gula darah sewaktu sebanyak 8 peserta, kolesterol total 10 peserta, dan asam urat 7 peserta. Sebanyak 23 peserta memiliki sedikitnya satu temuan yang memerlukan perhatian. Rata-rata jawaban benar pada tiga indikator meningkat dari 40,0% sebelum edukasi menjadi 94,4% segera setelah edukasi. Seluruh peserta menerima penjelasan hasil; 23 peserta dianjurkan melakukan pemeriksaan ulang dan 10 peserta diarahkan berkonsultasi ke fasilitas kesehatan. Kegiatan menghasilkan pemetaan awal kondisi peserta, edukasi berbasis temuan, dan arahan tindak lanjut. Perubahan jawaban segera setelah edukasi tidak digunakan untuk menyatakan perubahan perilaku atau perbaikan klinis jangka panjang.
