Kolaborasi Simulasi Table Top Exercise Berbasis Digital Checklist guna Sinkronisasi Kompetensi Airport Emergency Plan Taruna PPKP dan Personel PKP-PK Bandara

Kesiapan menghadapi keadaan darurat bandar udara memerlukan kesamaan pemahaman terhadap prosedur, pembagian peran, komunikasi, dan koordinasi dalam pelaksanaan Airport Emergency Plan (AEP). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menerapkan simulasi Table Top Exercise (TTX) berbasis Digital Checklist guna mendukung sinkronisasi kompetensi AEP antara taruna PPKP dan personel PKP-PK. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang melalui tahapan observasi, analisis kebutuhan, penyiapan sumber daya, sosialisasi dan pengarahan, pelaksanaan simulasi, evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Kegiatan melibatkan 23 peserta yang terdiri atas 18 personel PKP-PK dari berbagai Unit Penyelenggara Bandar Udara dan 5 taruna PPKP. Digital Checklist digunakan untuk memandu tahapan tindakan, mendokumentasikan pelaksanaan prosedur, dan mendukung evaluasi selama simulasi. Evaluasi terhadap 22 responden menggunakan 11 indikator berskala 1–5 menghasilkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 4,77 dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Indikator pemahaman peran dan tanggung jawab dalam AEP memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 4,86, sedangkan sinkronisasi pemahaman antara taruna dan personel PKP-PK memperoleh nilai 4,68. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi TTX dan Digital Checklist dapat mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif, dokumentasi, dan evaluasi prosedur AEP secara lebih terstruktur.
