Implementasi Pembelajaran PJOK Berbasis Deep Learning dan Bilingual untuk Penguatan Literasi Digital di SMK Diponegoro Semarang

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis deep learning yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan bilingual dan penguatan literasi digital di SMK Diponegoro Semarang. Program dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya penerapan pembelajaran PJOK yang berorientasi pada physical literacy, berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan komunikasi bilingual dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, workshop, pelatihan, pendampingan penyusunan perangkat ajar, implementasi pembelajaran, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan melibatkan 15 guru lintas mata pelajaran dengan guru PJOK sebagai mitra utama dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mengintegrasikan aktivitas fisik, literasi kesehatan, penggunaan terminologi olahraga berbahasa Inggris, serta media pembelajaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru sebesar 41,1% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 86,7% peserta berhasil menyusun modul pembelajaran berbasis deep learning, implementasi pembelajaran terlaksana pada lima kelas, penggunaan instruksi bilingual mencapai 80%, serta dihasilkan tujuh produk digital siswa yang mendukung penguatan literasi digital dan pemahaman konsep PJOK. Program ini juga menghasilkan Community of Practice sebagai strategi keberlanjutan pengembangan profesional guru. Kegiatan pengabdian terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK yang lebih bermakna, kontekstual, kolaboratif, serta mendukung pengembangan kompetensi abad ke-21.
